Improved Access Clinics

Improved access clinics are provided to help people who need same day appointments. There is an Improved Access clinic in every area of Gloucestershire. Your nearest Clinics are at The Vale Hospital or in Wotton-under-Edge surgeries but you can go to whichever clinic is most convenient for you.  Clinics are open during the week, including Saturdays. Self-Referral Forms

Physiotherapy Self - Referral

If you wish to be seen by an NHS Physiotherapist you can now arrange your own appointment by following the link below and completing an online referral form. The Physiotherapy department will triage your request and then contact you by telephone to arrange a convenient appointment.

Alternatively contact either The Cam Surgery or Uley Surgery to obtain a referral form. Referral forms can also be obtained from The Vale Hospital in Dursley.  

Podiatry Self - Referral

Podiatry covers any painful foot condition or mobility problem related to a foot or ankle condition, especially those complicated by conditions such as diabetes or arthritis. 

There are a range of different services provided to help people with every type of foot or ankle problem. If you are not sure which of these specialist areas is relevant, don’t worry as they will be able to use the information you or your GP give on the referral form to make sure you see the right person.
